Intro To Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation

A four-week class introducing the basics of Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation. Each week we will discuss and practice various versions of MBSM addressing basic Mindfulness Meditation to delving deeper into life issues uncovering new understandings providing peace to the participant. This practice will be practiced through out the week away from class to reinforce the previous week’s session with journaling encouraged for even deeper insights.
